Friday, September 17 2010.
Northwestern High School, 2pm.
"Hei, dhian? Why you look so excited?
Weekend come! and I'm gonna pick Joaquin and Ema at the airport tonight, I have no homework at all and I'm so excited! :D"

Duluth International Airport, 9.30pm.
"Hello, how are y'? I'm Joaquin and this is my wife, Ema. Are you dhian?
Yes, I an exchange student hosted by Pat and Larry.
Yeah, Our grandchildren have been talked much bout you, nice to meet you."

Seperti mimpi rasanya, ketemu langsung sama pianis yang sangat saya kagumi Joaquin Achucarro dan istrinya Ema Achucarro. Beliau betul-betul profesional tapi berkepribadian sederhana. I reallly admire them. Malam itu, akhirnya saya beserta Mom dan Dad mengantarkan mereka ke hotel Comfort Suites in Duluth untuk beristirahat :)

Hari yang ditunggu-tunggu tiba. Pagi hari jam 9 saya beserta mom dan dad menjemput Ema dan Joaquin untuk latihan di Auditorium dan makan siang bersama di rumah. Heboh banget makanannya, semuanya tertata rapi dan sangat perfect. Sangat wajar, secara yang datang seorang pianist internasional :D
We spent a lot of time to share and discuss about everything. I really admire how Dad Larry and Joaquin Achucarro have a close relationship as a family, and so does Mom Pat and Emma Achucarro :)

Climax event:
8pm at Patricia Luostari Theatre For The Performing Arts Northwestern High School.

Everyone never stop clapping after he played. Our body and soul really enjoyed the concert. That was the first International Concert and maybe the only one International Concert I have ever attended. It was adorable, awesome, great, even I don't know how to describe that in a word or sentence. I was really really happy :')

Selalu bersyukur. Itu yang selalu saya cam kan sekarang. Saya tidak pernah berekspektasi setinggi ini. Mempunyai host family yang sangat mengagumkan, an International Family. Memiliki kesempatan untuk bertemu langsung, menghabiskan waktu bersama selama seharian penuh, rasanya seperti mimpi. And the best ever part is : I am the member of this family, I am recognized as the part of Luostari Family and redirected to Achucarro Family.
